Damnation festival
Did anybody else go to Damnation this year? I know some people mentioned it a while back, wondering if any of you mananged to make it? I had a wicked awesome time there, seeing Lawnmower Deth racing crowd surfers was worth the price of admission alone! Lawnmower Deth were probably the highlight, but Sabbat, Anaal Nathrakh, Fen, Alcest and what I caught of Dillinger were excellent too as well as anyone else I might've forgotten, Nathrakh were just insane as always, still got the bruises from that one! Well worth £30 of anybody's money.

Re: The Gigs/Festivals Thread
Haven't been to many gigs at all unfortunately It's always a case of having the money to go etc. sucks! But I'm gonna make that change hopefully! Bands I have seen live though: Disturbed and Paramore. Hoping to hit Download this year, the line up looks freaking amazing! Will be my first festival experience!

Id recommend Bloodstock over Download for atmosphere and price however.. For a first festie experience and it totally depends on the lineup Download can be okay too if you avoid the emos and scenie kids..
