I'm listening to Rhapsody Of Fire-Sea Of Fate. I love Rhapsody at the moment, I think it was cause of the Bloodstock Open Air Announcement.

No. Marathon is from the album Power Windows

I've only had the pleasure of listening to 2112. So that's why I thought it was off that album

Haha, yeah. Lots of people only seem to refer to 2112 but it's by far not their best album. Thing about Rush I find is that their not so good albums are still better than what most bands can make so it's a win win really

Really? I was never that much of a fan of 2112 I always preferred their 80's albums with Moving Pictures album being amongst my favourite (I always seem to get schtick whenever I talk to a RUSH fan about that lol) 21's just not my album but I've got nothing against it.
But like whats being discussed, they're just one of those immortal bands that don't genuinely have a bad album in comparison to most artists lol


Anyways, song I'm listening to: Elvenking- The Winter Wake. Good ol Power-Metal band that needs more recognition.

Very heavy indeed. Let me put it this way, when Meshuggah were soundchecking at BOA, when they were tuning the guitars, they were tuned so low they actually sounded like basses. Check on the vids for Rational Gaze, Bleed or New Millenium Cyanide Christ. Thatll set you on your way!

Been listening to Murderdolls, the new Korn and Ozzy all in a row tonight.... And may listen to Steel Panther too.. Ozzy via my Sennheisers sounds a lot better then when I listened to it on my Skull Candys walking to work.

Very basic early 80s metal with a slight punk element. Sounds like it was recorded in a shed.

Haha yeah that's pretty much all of their early albums, I think the only album that doesn't sound like that is HELL and that only came out 3 years ago Thrash wouldn't be anywhere without those guys let alone Death and Black Metal. Satan bless you Chronos
